If it is your first sign-up, an email will be sent to the sign-up email address.  Remember to press the "Activate Account" key

This blog is written for beginners who want to build a website.  Nowadays, you do not really need to understand HTML (Hypertext markup language) to develop a website.  There are many tools that make things easy.

After you get a Internet domain name and a virtual machines that can host your website contents, you will need to choose a tool that provides a framework for your content.  The 'framework' is referred as Content Management Server.  The common ones nowadays are:
